Video Tours for Subdivisions
I mentioned in earlier posts that I create real estate Video Tours. A great way to showcase a listing. You can also showcase a subdivision. If you have many homes with several home styles and you have several completed that you can use as your subject properties, you can create a Video Tour to show off the homes. You can include it in all your listing information sources for the subdivision. All your online and print advertising can point to your video to show off your great homes for sale.
